        Cork & Brew is the first & only destination in Connecticut where you can craft & brew your own custom wine or microbrew on premise, where you can explore your inner creativity by evolving into your own Vinter or Brewmeister. Cork & Brew also offers soda making “the old fashion way.”
         Our experts will help you craft a unique & delicious beer or wine for any occasion.  Your custom labeled beer or wine is perfect for holiday gifts, weddings, anniversary’s, parties or to build up your own collection.  
        Soda Making is a fun family event or birthday party theme. Teachers & educators can plan a fun field trip to Cork & Brew to teach students about the chemistry behind making soda.  Read more on the Soda page.
